So, with that, we'll get started here. Christian and I got together a couple of months ago and wanted to go over a few employee benefit items in regards to plans. I had an opportunity a few months ago to go to the National Conference for Employee Benefit Plans. There were a lot of discussions from the deal outside of things on findings and concerns, not only from the plan sponsor side but also from us as CPAs and auditors. So, we have a few items just to kind of go over to help prove the industry. Then, Christian is going to take over and discuss the impacts of the new fiduciary ruling. With that, I'll kick it off here again. My name is Zach Screeners. I'm with Manor Chris Harrison and I've been with Manor for just over nine years now as a CPA.
